Craig Ream's Mask Fan mod
Hey, Why couldn't you make your own fan/ventilation system? All you need is a small CPU computer fan from Radio Shack or one like it, a toggle on/off switch, 9volt connectors, some zip ties, or anything else that might help with your Mod. (Use your imagination)

Now, first you need to attach the fan to the top of the mask. Usually masks have ventilation holes above the visor. I know some people like to cut a hole here to aid in the air movement. If you do be careful cutting the hole. Don't get it too big, the fan has to cover it for safety reasons. Once the fan is attached somewhere, find a place to mount the 9 volt battery. Try not to put it somewhere where it will get hit easily or in a area where brush, paintballs, or yourself will rip it off easily. Attach it using the plastic zip ties they seem to work good.

The toggle switch can be a little tricky to place. You need to put it somewhere where you can reach it easily but also protected. Some like to put it by the fan or on the side. Either way, you will probably have to cut a hole for it. Don't cut to big; remember you have to screw it down to something! Wiring is common sense; you have to make a circuit from the battery to the fan with the switch as the on/off control. It can't be any simpler than that. If you can't figure out the wiring, try to get the concept before you start cutting anything or mounting anything. If you still can't get it, get someone who can to help you out. Be sure to put the finishing touches on the mod by covering the wires. I suggest soldering the connections to eliminate shorts.

I hope this helps everyone because it's for everyone. We shouldn't be made to pay people to fix problems that should have never existed, but that are just my opinion. Lastly I can't take credit for this Mod, I seen somebody with it at a local field, and I just had to make one for myself.
